How it worksYou will collect 1 night for every night you stay
at an eligible hotel.
Any nights that you collect will be added to your
account within 72 hours after check-out.
Once you have collected 10 Rewards nights,
you'll get 1 free night at an eligible hotel.
The value of your free night is equal to the
average rate of the 10 nights you collected
to earn it.
To collect nights for online bookings
Sign in to your account online or via
the Hotels.com app.
Choose a hotel with the
Hotels.com® Rewards logo.
To collect nights for phone bookings
Mention the email address for your account, so that your nights can be added to your Rewards account upon completion of your stay.
Good to know
Only account holders will collect nights on
eligible bookings; other guests on your booking
You will not collect Hotels.com® Rewards nights for:
Free nights that you redeemed through
Free nights that you received as part of a
Booked nights that you do not complete due to
a change or cancellation
Bookings made when not signed in to your
account (although you can attach them to your
account before you complete your stay)
2. Refund policy (more)
When you cancel your hotel booking, you may be eligible to receive a refund of the amount you paid, depending on the terms and conditions of your booking. When and how you receive that refund will depend on how you paid for your booking.
3. Price Guarantee for Flights & Packages (more)
How it worksGo to the Price Guarantee page.
Choose Ask us to match the price.
Fill in the information and select Go.
If you find a cheaper, publicly available rate for a flight or package, including one listed on Hotels.com, we will offer you the difference in your original method of payment.
To qualify for the Price Guarantee, you must submit your claim within 24 hours of booking your flight or package, and the following details must be identical for the cheaper rate:
> Dates of travel > Airline > Fare class
> Hotel name and location > Room type
>Occupancy >Package details
If a lower price is found, Hotels.com will refund the price difference in the same method of your original payment.
Good to know
We cannot match the price of bookings that hide the flight details, hotel name, government rates, AARP rates, rates available only to loyalty-program members, or bookings paid partly with loyalty points.
You may include a screenshot of the cheaper listing with your Price Guarantee request, but it must contain the airline or hotel's name, fare class, room type, price, cancellation police, and your travel dates.
All requests are subject to verification by Hotels.com. We will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price that we cannot independently confirm. Nor will we verify any request that we believe, in our sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith.
