2. Returns & Exchanges (more)
Returns and Exchanges can not be processed without first receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number from Pinemeadow Golf. We use the RA number to identify the return. Once we get the club back in our hands, we use the number to expedite the return process.

3. One Year Warranty (more)
At Pinemeadow Golf, we know every club that we produce to be of the utmost quality and craftsmanship. This is why we are happy to provide a one year warranty that assures all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship starting from the purchase date.
If any defects should arise during this period and they result from normal use, Pinemeadow Golf will repair or replace the defective product quickly at no expense to you. This includes all related handling and transportation costs. Proof of purchase is required.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned products to determine the extent to which the warranty policy shall apply. For example, our warranty does not cover running over your golf clubs with a golf cart, close encounters with a tree, accidents with concrete tee markers, rusting from immersion in water hazards, or other acts of God. Please love your clubs as we do, and they will be kind to you!
