2. Tracking an Order (more)
When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation that will include ship date and tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for your tracking number to be activated.
To view tracking information for your order please log in here. Once logged in, locate the order in question and then click the details button at the top of the page you should see your tracking number. If your order has shipped, you should receive an email containing order details and live tracking information.
If you checked out as a guest, please refer to the tracking information included in your shipping email notification.
3. How can I return merchandise purchased online?
Bass Pro Shops offers a "no hassle" return policy. If the item was purchased through the catalog or online, you may return it to us at the catalog center or the store within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days from the purchase date, all returns will be accepted on an inspection basis only.
For safety reasons we do not accept returns on ammunition, black powder, primers, reloading lead and brass or bullets.
Firearms are not returnable.
All electronics and non-Bass Pro brand rods and reels that are covered by the manufacturer's warranty should be returned to the manufacturer for replacement or repair after 60 days.
Items not covered by the manufacturer's warranty may be returned (with proof of purchase) on an inspection basis only.
All boots have a one (1) year warranty. We cannot accept the return of boots that are older than one (1) year.
All Bass Pro Shops brand rods have a one (1) year warranty.
