1. Payments accepted (more)
We accept all major credit cards; money orders, personal checks and we do offer invoicing on all pre-approved accounts (minimum $1,500 first order). Terms are net 30 days from date of shipment.
2. Product Substitutions (more)
In the rare instance when demand outstrips supply of a particular item, we will replace it with one of equal or greater value at no additional charge.
3. Easy Returns (more)
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Wine Country Gift Baskets within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. 4. Recall Notices (more)
Wine Country Gift Baskets handles product recalls on an individual basis. When we are notified that an item has been recalled, we immediately stop selling the item and will work with everyone involved to assure our customer's safety.
