If you used a Local Groupon voucher before its promotional value expired, took a Getaways trip, or attended a GrouponLive event and were disappointed by your experience, contact us within fourteen days of your voucher use, trip or event and tell us about it. We'll work with you to make it right.

2. Cancellations (more)
* We honor refund requests for Local deals within 3
days of the purchase date.

3. Groupon Bucks (more)
Groupon Bucks are credits that automatically apply to purchases made on Groupon.com or through the mobile app. Bucks expire 180 days after being issued, unless otherwise stated in the terms of the offer. Bucks received as a refund never expire. Any credit you have will automatically apply to your next purchase, and the Groupon Bucks expiring soonest are always applied first.
You can check your balance by clicking on your name in the top-right corner of the screen and selecting My Groupons from the menu. Your available balance will be in the top-right corner of the page.
