We offer three 30-day Service Plans: the $30 All You Need Plan with 1500 Nationwide Minutes, Unlimited Nationwide Messages plus 100 MB of data, the $45 Unlimited Plan with unlimited talk, text, and data, with the first 8GB of data at high speeds, then 2G*, and the $60 Unlimited International** Plan with Unlimited Nationwide Minutes, Unlimited Messages & first 8 GB at high speed and then 2G* plus Unlimited International calling to mobile phone in Mexico, Canada, China, India and over 1,000 landline destinations. We also offer 400 minutes to call Claro Guatemala subscribers. In addition, we offer 3 additional Unlimited Plans which offer unlimited talk, text, and/or multimedia messages and a fixed amount of data during 90, 180 days and 1 year of Service.
4. Returns & Cancellations (more)
If you are not satisfied with your phone and/or accessory purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days and we will replace it or give you your money back. It's that simple. Straight Talk Service Cards, and /or unused minutes are non-refundable. It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. Credit for returned phones and/or accessories will appear on your credit card statement between 1-2 billing cycles.
