The payment of your purchase on the Site takes place exclusively in US Dollars and can be made either by credit card, cheque or money order. For all returned checks with insufficient funds, a fee of $25 will be charged to the account.

To track your package, just go to https://services.yves-rocher.com/EN. To identify yourself, enter your customer number and your access code (your telephone number).
Click "Continue". Your order will automatically appear on the screen. If you would like to make a payment, it's very quick and simple! You just have to check the box at the end of the line and enter your credit card number followed by the security code (found on the back of your card)

3. Right to Cancel / Returns (more)
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we do our best to satisfy our customers with each order. If your Yves Rocher product(s) does not meet your needs, do not worry. Simply return the product in its original packaging, in perfect condition within 10 working days from the day following that on which you received the parcel, to Yves Rocher Customer Service - PO Box 2866, Champlain, NY 12919-2866.
We commit to exchange the item or to refund you by cheque within 15 working days of receiving notice of the decision to cancel on the following modes:
• Your parcel has been returned without being opened, we will refund the price of the parcel and the eventual returning fees. You are responsible for the cost of a return.
• You wish to return a product, we will refund the price of the product, return fees will be at your charge.
• If your Yves Rocher product and/or your beauty accessory Yves Rocher is defective, we offer you its refund or its exchange.
• If you are returning a product, this must be done within 6 months of your order.
